12:22 p.m. — Arrest. Christopher David Grant Symons, 25, Logansport, was arrested on charges of failure to appear and an out-of-county warrant. LPD.
12:26 p.m. — Property-damage accident, Broadway and 13th Street. A vehicle driven by Kathy F. Wyatt, 52, Seneca, S.C., reportedly turned in front of a vehicle driven by James D. Shepherd, 51, Galveston. LPD.
2:14 p.m. — Personal-injury accident, Third Street and Melbourne Avenue. Vehicles driven by Penny E. Lewellen, 35, Young America, and Howard I. Cox, 65, Logansport, reportedly collided as Lewellen attempted to turn southbound onto Third Street. Cox, who was driving a motorcycle, was transported to Fort Wayne Parkview Hospital for a possible fractured or dislocated knee, lower leg and foot. LPD.
4:31 p.m. — Arrest. Adam Gene Vancamp, 29, Kokomo, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.
