Police Reports

Thursday

9:20 a.m. — Arrest. Steven Christopher Seals, 35, Walton, was arrested on charges of attempted murder, criminal recklessness and criminal mischief. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

12:39 p.m. — Criminal gang activity. Dividend Drive near Smith Street. Police responded to a report of gang graffiti spray-painted on the front door. Logansport Police Department.

4:45 p.m. — Arrest. Randy William Gibbs, 27, Royal Center, was arrested on a warrant for parole violation. CCSD.

5:06 p.m. — Theft. 1800 block of Smead Street. Police responded to a report of jewelry stolen. LPD.

5:30 p.m. — Theft. 2000 block of Smead Street. A woman reported that a ring was stolen from her residence. LPD.

6:20 p.m. — Arrest. Blake Austin Musselman, 28, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for parole violation. CCSD.

Friday

2:49 a.m. — Arrest. Robert Joseph Sherwood, 45, New Palestine, was arrested on three out of county warrants. LPD.

10:24 a.m. — Arrest. Jerry Dewayne Ragsdale, 52, Lafayette, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant. CCSD.

11:55 a.m. — Arrest. Scott Alan Cripe, 26, Kokomo, was arrested on two failure to appear warrants. CCSD.

12:14 p.m. — Arrest. Randy Lee Higgins, 45, Logansport, was arrested on a probation violation warrant. CCSD.

8:40 p.m. — Arrest. Jennifer A. Hughes, 39, Logansport, was arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement and public intoxication. LPD.

9:25 p.m. — Arrest. Richard L. Clements, 50, Logansport was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. LPD.

Saturday

12:37 a.m. — Arrest. Wuilibaldo Zaragoza, 18, Logansport was arrested on a charge of minor consumption. LPD.

3:18 a.m. — Arrest. Kody Allen McDonald, 18, Logansport, was arrested on charges of reckless driving and criminal recklessness. LPD.

11:01 a.m. — Arrest. Tyler Shane Oden, 21, Elkhart, was arrested on charges of driving while suspended-prior and an out-of-county warrant. CCSD.

3:37 p.m. — Natural gas leak. Cliff Drive and Tanguy Street. LFD.

6:49 p.m. — Medical assist. 1292 N. 350 West. CCFD/NWFD.
