Police blotter, March 18

Tuesday

5 a.m. — Harassment. Someone reportedly has made repeated threats by phone and e-mail to a Logansport resident over a civil matter. Logansport Police Department.

8:29 a.m. — Arrest. Joel Herrera, 31, Logansport, was arrested on charges of application fraud and identity deception. LPD.

11:01 a.m. — Arrest. Maria Christina Colmenares, 34, Logansport, was arrested on an out-of-state warrant. Indiana State Police.

3:05 p.m. — Arrest. Christopher Eric Hamm, 38, Elkhart, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

4:35 p.m. — Property-damage accident, Market and 23rd streets. Vehicles driven by Douglas A. Biggs, 41, Rochester, and Gretchen A. Crum, 54, Galveston, collided. LPD.

5 p.m. — Theft. Someone reportedly stole a digital camera and its accessories from a residence in the 600 block of West Linden Avenue. LPD.

7:35 p.m. — Burglary. Someone reportedly broke into a garage in the 800 block of 18th Street and stole several tools. LPD.

8:30 p.m. — Arrest. Jeremy Wayne Strayer, 20, Logansport, was arrested on charges of theft, failure to appear, minor in possession of alcohol and possession of stolen property. LPD.

8:30 p.m. — Arrest. Cody Allen Deis, 18, Kokomo, was arrested on charges of theft, possession of paraphernalia, minor in possession of alcohol and possession of stolen property. LPD.

9:30 a.m. — Odor in basement, 216 Fourth St. Nothing found.

12:22 p.m. — Assist EMS, 1300 N. Third St.

2:40 p.m. — Crossing guard detail at Logansport schools.

4:34 p.m. — Assist EMS at vehicle crash at Market and 23rd streets. Put down oil-dry on road.

9:04 p.m. — Assist EMS, 5463 E. 150 North.

Wednesday

7:15 a.m. — Crossing guard detail at Logansport schools.
