6:33 a.m. — Found property. Someone reported finding a wallet in the 400 block of High Street. Logansport Police Department.
8:11 a.m. — Criminal mischief. Someone reportedly threw a rock through a vehicle window in the 500 block of North Main Street in Walton. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.
7:45 p.m. — Property-damage accident, 1100W and 400N. A vehicle driven by Matthew E. Hardestry, 25, Burnettsville, struck a deer. CCSD.
8:20 p.m. — Personal-injury accident, U.S. 24 and 600E. Vehicles driven by John L. Day, 77, Walton, and Sharon K. Cook, 59, Decatur, collided as Day attempted to cross the highway. Day reportedly fled the scene. Police later received a call from Day’s family member stating he was injured. He was transported to a Kokomo hospital for a head abrasion. Day was cited for failure to stop after a personal-injury accident. CCSD.
10:31 p.m. — Property-damage accident, U.S. 24 and Logansport Road. Vehicles driven by Grant R. Glasscock, 17, Wabash, and Morgan G. Smith, 17, Logansport, collided. CCSD.
Saturday
3:40 a.m. — Residential entry. Someone reportedly damaged multiple window screens in a residence in the 100 block of North Street in Royal Center. CCSD.
11:45 a.m. — Property-damage accident, 3919 E. Market St. A vehicle driven by Elias Blanco, 26, Logansport, struck a parked vehicle at Wal-Mart. LPD.
12:28 p.m. — Residential entry. Someone reportedly broke a window of a residence in the 800 block of Vandalia Street. Resident not sure if entry was made. Nothing reported stolen. LPD.
1:17 p.m. — Property-damage accident, 24th Street and Broadway. Vehicles driven by Baleigh A. Deitrich, 17, Logansport, and Meghan C. Hutsell, 17, Logansport, collided. LPD.
3:15 p.m. — Property-damage accident, Logansport Road near 600E. A vehicle driven by Frederick A. Rogers, 34, Logansport, sustained damage to its tire rim from traveling on rough road surface due to construction. CCSD.
6:20 p.m. — Property-damage accident, Third and Gates streets. Vehicles driven by Daniel Martinez, 17, Logansport, and Robert J. Justice, 38, Logansport, collided. LPD.
7:37 p.m. — Personal-injury accident, 50S near 750W. A vehicle driven by David M. Ott, 35, Logansport, struck a tree after Ott feel asleep at the wheel. Ott sustained a head abrasion and was transported to Logansport Memorial Hospital. Alcohol may have been a factor, police say. CCSD.
7:56 p.m. — Fraud. Someone reportedly withdrew $200 from a bank account without authorization. LPD.
11:13 p.m. — Arrest. David Michael Miller, 38, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. CCSD.
Sunday
2:59 a.m. — Arrest. David Arzu, 19, Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested on a charge of minor consumption. CCSD.
3:43 a.m. — Arrest. Fabian Amir Palacios, 23, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operator never licensed. CCSD.
5:24 a.m. — Arrest. Brandy Eileen Dewitt, 22, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery. CCSD.
5:50 a.m. — Arrest. Eric Paul Stepp, 30, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. LPD.
6 p.m. — Arrest. Brian Scott Mason, 38, Tipton, was arrested on a charge of theft. CCSD.
6:45 p.m. — Theft. Someone reportedly drove off without paying for $20 in fuel from the BP Gas Station, 401 W. Market St. LPD.
8:02 p.m. — Theft. Someone reportedly stole a bicycle from the 100 block of West Miami Avenue. LPD.
10:55 p.m. — Arrest. Alejandro Carria Guzman, 36, Logansport, was arrested on charges of public intoxication and resisting law enforcement. CCSD.
