Police reports

Thursday

10:43 a.m. — Arrest. Michael Sturgeon, 23, Peru, was arrested on a charge of theft. Cass County Sheriff Department.

12:30 p.m. — Property-damage accident, 300 block of 3rd Street. A vehicle driven by Ricardo Lancon, 29, Plymouth, pulled out of an alley and into the side of a vehicle driven by James Cole, Logansport. Logansport Police Department.

1:08 p.m. — Arrest. Aminda Migel Gaspar-Mateo, 18, Logansport, was arrested on two charges of theft. CCSD.

4:33 p.m. — Arrest. Robert O. Brown, 40, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of animal cruelty. LPD.

5:25 p.m. — Personal-injury accident, 12th and Broadway. A vehicle driven by Ryan A. Roller, 19, Logansport, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Tracy L. Burns, 35, Denver, while stopped. Roller said his foot slipped off the brake and hit the gas pedal while stopped at Broadway. Burns complained of head and neck pain. LPD.

11:14 p.m. — Arrest. Vrena Marie Fry, 46, Macy, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant for trespassing. LPD.

Friday

12:05 a.m. — Arrest. Stephen James Johnson, 23, North Manchester, was arrested on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

1:04 a.m. — Arrest. Robert Scott Spangle, 39, Claypool, was arrested on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

2:05 a.m. — Arrest. Courtney L. Melton, 29, Logansport, was arrested on a Cass County warrant for failure to appear. LPD.

3 a.m. — Arrest. Timothy A. Mallott, 30, Logansport, was arrested on a D felony charge of operating while intoxicated with prior conviction and residential entry. LPD.

Thursday

8:01 p.m. — Dumpster fire, 221 Wheatland.

8:52 p.m. — Assist EMS, 888 N. Ind. 17.

Friday

12:17 a.m. — Assist EMS, 1418 College.

1:16 a.m. — Assist EMS, 1315 Canty.
