Monday

2:28 a.m. — Arrest. Sherman Marcaus-Lee Bowyer, 23, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. Logansport Police Department.

3:54 p.m. — Arrest. Austin Tyler Grigsby, 18, Reynolds, was arrested on a charge for failure to appear. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

8:07 p.m. — Arrest. Thomas Eugene Roseberry, 32, Peru, was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear. CCSD.

11:36 p.m. — Arrest. Mario Perez, 48, Logansport, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated, operating while intoxicated endangering and resisting law enforcement. LPD.

Tuesday

11:47 a.m. — Arrest. Robert E. Smith, 47, Walton, was arrested on charges of battery and invasion of privacy. LPD.
