Police blotter, Nov. 6

Wednesday

9:37 a.m. — Arrest. Brian Keith Powers, 25, Logansport, was arrested on charges of domestic battery, strangulation and interference with a 911 call. Logansport Police Department.

10:33 a.m. — Arrest. Sidney Elyce Allen, 21, Warsaw, was arrested on a charge of probation violation. Indiana State Police.

10:46 a.m. — Property-damage accident, Third Street and Broadway. Vehicles driven by David Weakley, 49, Shelbyville, and Dennis Ellison, 49, Logansport, collided. LPD.

10:59 a.m. — Arrest. Pe Xayarath, 61, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of battery. LPD.

12:58 p.m. — Criminal mischief. Someone reportedly used a brick to break two windows of a residence in the 2000 block of East Market Street. LPD.

6 p.m. — Arrest. Alvin Eugene Cox, 54, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. LPD.

7 p.m. — Property-damage accident, 216 Mall Road. A vehicle driven by Ruth L. Collins, 78, Logansport, struck a Beacon Credit Union entry sign. LPD.

8:15 p.m. — Arrest. Nicholas Wayne Richardson, 28, Peru, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

Thursday

2:04 a.m. — Property-damage accident, Ind. 25 near 600N. A vehicle driven by Richard M. Scully, 43, Fulton, struck a deer. CCSD.
