Saturday

5:41 a.m. — Property-damage accident, 18th Street and Woodlawn Avenue. Vehicles driven by Sarah A. Hiatt, 49, Logansport, and Edwin P. Gangloff, 81, Logansport, collided. Hiatt also struck a stop sign. Logansport Police Department.

Thursday

10:32 a.m. — Arrest. Cody Allen Powell, 20, Idaville, was arrested on charges of probation violation, resisting law enforcement, driving while suspended and body attachment. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

10:33 a.m. — Theft. Someone reportedly stole a trailer from the 1000 block of West 250S. CCSD.

12:50 p.m. — Arrest. Scott Lee Wilkinson, 34, Indianapolis, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear. CCSD.

3:22 p.m. — Theft. Someone reportedly stole prescription medication from a purse. LPD.

4:30 p.m. — Arrest. Joel Andrew Parry, 42, Logansport, was arrested on out-of-state warrants for failure to register as a sex offender. CCSD.

5:30 p.m. — Arrest. E. L. Hackett, 34, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear. LPD.

6:03 p.m. — Property-damage accident, Logansport Road and 800E. Judy E. Friend, 58, Peru, struck a deer. CCSD.

8:14 a.m. — Semi engine fire, U.S. 24 and U.S. 35 bypass. Oil on roadway. Highway sand truck called.

8:12 p.m. — Assist EMS, 448E 175N.
