2 p.m. — Arrest. Frances Edwards, 78, Walton, was arrested on a charge of intimidation. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

3:48 p.m. — Arrest. Michelle Kroeger, 45, Logansport, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated and habitual traffic violator. CCSD.

5:50 p.m. — Randy Richard, 43, Logansport, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated, chemical test refusal and public intoxication.
