4:12 a.m. — Arrest. Tomas Gonzalez-Tercero III, 29, Logansport, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant. Logansport Police Department.

5:06 a.m. — Arrest. Jose Alberto Melendez-Vega, 23, Rochester, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated, operator never licensed, public intoxication and criminal recklessness with a vehicle. LPD.

5:30 a.m. — Arrest. Melissa Dawn Sanchez, 29, Rochester, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. LPD.
