Police Reports

Thursday

1:59 a.m. — Arrest. Rodney Dewayne Snow, 40, Logansport, was arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement, residential entry, a warrant for failure to appear and a warrant for a probation violation. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

8:03 a.m. — Crash. Landis Lane and Lincoln Way. A vehicle driven by Shirley Phipps, 55, Logansport, was in a collision with a vehicle driven by Juan Victoriano, 17, Logansport. There were no injuries. Logansport Police Department.

9:20 a.m. — Arrest. Greggory Joe Cataldo, 19, Logansport, was arrested on court order. CCSD.

3:18 p.m. — Crash. Columbia Middle School.  A vehicle driven by Brandon Minglin, 25, Logansport, was in a collision with a vehicle driven by Leigh Hershberger, 32, Logansport. There were no injuries. LPD.

6:13 p.m. — Crash. 500 block of Mall Road. A vehicle driven by Carsyn Dziadosz, 16, Peru, was in a collision with a vehicle driven by Bailey Reinhart, 18, Peru. Reinhar, passenger Haven Brown, 18, Peru, and another juvenile were treated by Rural Metro Ambulance. LPD.

11:41 p.m. —  Arrest. Gary Lee Ross Jr., 41, Logansport, was arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement and intimidation. CCSD.

Friday

1:50 a.m. — Arrest. Rodney Dewayne Snow, 40, Logansport, was arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement, residential entry, a warrant for failure to appear and a warrant for parole violation. CCSD.

9:04 a.m. — Arrest. Jamal Cordero Stewart, 23, Lafayette, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant. CCSD.

1:58 p.m. —  Arrest. Tyler Dutcher Montayne, 29, Logansport, was arrested on charges of maintaining common nuisance, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. CCSD.

4:25 p.m. — Arrest. Casey Louise Knipe, 28, Logansport was arrested on charges of attempt to alter script and forgery. LPD.

8:40 p.m. — Arrest. Orlando Lopez, 29, Logansport, was arrested on two failure to appear warrants. LPD.

Saturday

3:34 a.m. — Arrest. Rodrick Allen Seehase, 57, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated refusal. LPD.

Thursday

10:17 a.m. — Active fire alarm, water leak. Frontier Building, Yorktown Road. Logansport Fire Department.  

6:16 p.m. — Crash.  East Market Street and Mall Road. LFD.

7:16 p.m. — EMS assist. 2808 Stadium Drive. LFD.

Friday

5:22 p.m. — First Responder. 2626 George Street. LFD.

Saturday

8:48 a.m. — Medical Assist. 2602 Elmwood Drive. Cass County Fire District/ New Waverly Fire Department.
