4:04 a.m. — Arrest. Marcos Madrigal, 23, Logansport, was arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement and public intoxication. Logansport Police Department.

1:28 p.m. — Assist EMS, 1801 W. Market St.

3:56 p.m. — Assist EMS, 300 Cass Plaza Drive.

8:03 p.m. — Called for river rescue during storm on Eel River between Broadripple and Jones Lake. Located two people on bank just east of Jones Lake. No injuries.

8:05 p.m. — Assist EMS at the State Theatre, 321 E. Market St.

8:27 p.m. — Assist EMS, 29 E. Clay St.

8:29 p.m. — Power lines arching in tree, 923 Bates St. LMU called.

8:42 p.m. — Advised dispatch no manpower to make call at 2626 George St. and advised EMS.

8:54 p.m. — Alarm malfunction at Logansport Juvenile Correctional Facility, 1118 S. Ind. 25. Nothing found.

11:16 p.m. — Power line arcing against tree in an alley, 800 block of Helm Street. LMU called.

2:32 a.m. — Fire alarm going off, 801 Sixth St.

5:31 a.m. — Assist EMS, 2327 North St.

10:09 a.m. — Assist EMS, 125 Ninth St.

11:58 a.m. — Assist EMS, 915 Hawthorne Lane.
