Cass Superior Court I Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding

Chandra F. Warner, 33, Galveston, pleaded guilty to escape, pursuant to a plea agreement. Warner was sentenced to one year and six months on work release, if eligible. She was ordered to pay

$264 in costs.

Jeremy Wayne Strayer, 21, Logansport, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, pursuant to a plea agreement. Strayer was sentenced to two years on work release, if eligible, and one year probation. This is to be served consecutively to a guilty plea of invasion of privacy. He was sentenced to one year probation. He was ordered to pay $565 in costs, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and complete domestic violence classes. He received 144 days credit.

Dustin A. Ryker, 21, Logansport, pleaded guilty to battery by body waste, pursuant to a plea agreement. Ryker was sentenced to 120 days on in-home detention and one year and 60 days probation. This is to be served concurrently to a guilty plea of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 60 days probation. He was ordered to pay $514 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Franklin Herminio Pereira Giron, 33, Logansport, pleaded guilty to identity deception. Giron was sentenced to one year probation. He was ordered to pay $164 in court costs.

Kristy Townsend, 30, Columbia City, Ky., pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Townsend was sentenced to 40 days in the Cass County Jail. She was ordered to pay $265 in costs. She received 20 days credit.

Jessica Elizabeth Piercefield, 19, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, pursuant to a plea agreement. Piercefield was sentenced to 180 days on in-home

detention and one year probation. She was ordered to pay $714.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Jeremy Piland, 31, Logansport, pleaded guilty to residential entry, pursuant to a plea agreement. Piland was sentenced to 176 days in the Cass County Jail and one year and 189 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs. He received 88 days credit.

David D. Simpson, 30, Walton, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-endangering a person, pursuant to a plea agreement. Simpson was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail, 120

days on in-home detention and 235 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $615.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for one year. He received

one day credit.

Erick Armando Villansenora, 22, Walton, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, pursuant to a plea agreement. Villansenora was sentenced to 104 days in the Cass County Jail and one year and 76 days probation. He was ordered to pay $614 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. He received 52 days credit.

Peggy Sue Guzzo, 33, Logansport, pleaded guilty to neglect of a dependent, pursuant to a plea agreement. Guzzo was sentenced to 28 days in the Cass County Jail and 337 days on probation. She was ordered to pay $265 in costs. She received 14 days credit.

Joshua E. Towe, 24, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Towe was sentenced to four days in the Cass County Jail and one year and 176 days probation. He was ordered to pay $265 in costs and restitution in the amount of $786.46 to Walmart. He received two days credit.
