Cass Superior Court I

Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding

Adam Shane Correll, 32, Peru, pleaded guilty to possession of stolen property, pursuant to a plea agreement. Correll was sentenced to 18 months on probation. He was ordered to pay $164 in court costs and $99 restitution to Secondary Metals.

Jeremy Davidson, 27, Logansport, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, pursuant to a plea agreement. Davidson was sentenced to six months on in-home detention and one year probation. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs and undergo domestic violence classes.

Danielle Fisher, 26, Star City, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, pursuant to a plea agreement. Fisher was sentenced to 56 days in the Cass County Jail and one year and 124 days on probation. She was ordered to pay $714 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. She received 28 days credit.

Rebecca Elpers, 50, Logansport, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, pursuant to a plea agreement. Elpers was sentenced to 180 days on probation. She was ordered to pay $264 in costs.

Janet Jennings, 48, Logansport, violated her probation. The court reinstated 44 days in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of theft. Probation was terminated. She received 22 days credit.

Other violations: Todd B. Hines, 48, Peru, no operator’s license when required; Andres Montero, 39, Eau Claire, Mich., no valid license; Diana L. Lincoln, 51, Logansport, child restraint violation; William Ogle, 34, Logansport, false and fictitious; Ricky Zuccato, 58, Peru, no operator’s license when required; Carlos Ramos, 36, Indianapolis, expired license plate; Micheal K. Alter, 58, Logansport, expired license plate; Dustin T. Michael, 21, Ligonier, expired license; Anthony L. Shackelford, 23, Logansport, driving while suspended infraction; Hugo Lopez-Solis, 30, Logansport, disregarding a stop sign; Jesus E. Salgado, 30, Logansport, no operator’s license.
