Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)

Jessica Nicole Moss, 27, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Moss was sentenced to 16 days in the Cass County Jail and 349 days on probation. She was ordered to pay $264 in costs and restitution in the amount of $150 to the victims. She received eight days of credit.



Cass Superior Court II (Honorable Rick Maughmer presiding)

Shelby Wiggins, 18, Logansport, pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement, pursuant to a plea agreement. Wiggins was sentenced to one year probation. She was ordered to pay $464 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Antonio Gonzalez-Vazquez, 21, Indianapolis, pleaded guilty to criminal confinement, stalking and theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Gonzalez-Vazquez was sentenced to 20 years for the first count and three years each for the second and third count in the Indiana Department of Correction, all to be served consecutively. He was ordered to pay $164 in court costs. He received 172 days credit.

Victor Misael Chojolan, a.k.a. Carlos E. Garcia, 23, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Chojolan was sentenced to 160 days in the Cass County Jail and eight months on probation. He was ordered to pay $664.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days. He received 80 days of credit.

Alberto Delacruz, 22, Logansport, pleaded guilty to harboring a non-immunized animal, pursuant to a plea agreement. Delacruz was ordered to pay $164 in court costs and $250 restitution to the victim.

received 74 days of credit.

Alberto Delacruz, 22, Logansport, pleaded guilty to false informing, pursuant to a plea agreement. Delacruz was sentenced to 90 days on in-home detention and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs.

Pedro Lerma Jr., 28, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine, pursuant to a plea agreement. Lerma was sentenced to one and a half years on probation. He was ordered to pay $614 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Maverick Bradley Waltz, 21, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, pursuant to a plea agreement. Waltz was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $614 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Michael Sutherland, 28, Logansport, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended and failure to stop after an accident resulting in injury, pursuant to a plea agreement. Sutherland was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $164.50 in court costs and restitution in the amount of $7,142.89 to the victim. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Efrain Sebastian, 30, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated and operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Sebastian was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $914.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Sergio Barrera, 19, Logansport, pleaded guilty to illegal consumption, pursuant to a plea agreement. Barrera was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $464 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Vanessa Bowen, 35, Logansport, pleaded guilty to check deception, pursuant to a plea agreement. Bowen was sentenced to one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $214 in costs and $148.38 restitution to Martin’s Supermarket.

Michael Curtis, 50, Logansport, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended, pursuant to a plea agreement. Curtis was ordered to pay $464.50 in costs. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Cesario Mendiola, 32, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Mendiola was ordered to pay $464.50 in costs.

Louis Martinez-Rocha, 20, Logansport, pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy, pursuant to a plea agreement. Martinez-Rocha was sentenced to eight days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs. He received four days of credit.

Alberto R. Tomas Juan, 29, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Juan was ordered to pay $364.50 in costs.

Jeremy Davidson, 26, Logansport, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended, pursuant to a plea agreement. Davidson was ordered to pay $414.50 in costs. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Jayro M. Sosa, 18, Logansport, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, pursuant to a plea agreement. Sosa was sentenced to six months on probation. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs.

Jessica E. Armstrong, 23, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed and unsafe lane movement, pursuant to a plea agreement. Armstrong was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail. She was ordered to pay $646.50 in costs. She received credit for five days.

Jessica E. Armstrong, 23, Logansport, violated her probation. The court ordered her to pay $514 in costs on the original charge of battery resulting in bodily injury. Probation was terminated.

Bryan Lee, 18, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed and no headlights, pursuant to a plea agreement. Lee was ordered to pay $439.50 in costs.

Hector Lopez, 42, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Lopez was sentenced to 138 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs. He received 69 days of credit.

Tawnya J. Miller, 25, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Miller was sentenced to one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $664.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. Her license was suspended

for 90 days.

Earl G. McIntosh, 38, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, pursuant to a plea agreement. McIntosh was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $614 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Michael Layman, 44, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Layman was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 30 days and restricted for 180 days.

Mariano Gonzalez, 26, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Gonzalez was ordered to pay $414.50 in costs.

Calvin Scott Salmon, 20, Logansport, pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement, pursuant to a plea agreement. Salmon was sentenced to 40 days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $464 in costs and undergo drug and alcohol evaluation. He received 20 days of credit.

Penny Wentzel, 47, Rochester, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Wentzel was sentenced to one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. Her license was suspended for 30 days and restricted for 180 days.

Hector Lopez, 33, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated 90 days in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of public intoxication. He was ordered to pay $230 in costs. Probation was terminated.

Pierre D. Hawkins, 24, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Hawkins was ordered to pay $714.50 in costs.
