Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding

Candice Preston, 28, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft and battery resulting in bodily injury, pursuant to a plea agreement. Preston was sentenced to one year probation for the first count. For the second count, to be served consecutively with the first, she was sentenced to 30 days in the Cass County Jail and 335 days probation. She was ordered to pay $264 in costs. She received six days credit.

Fran Lenin Castro, 26, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine, pursuant to a plea agreement. Castro was sentenced to four days in the Cass County Jail and one and a half years probation. She was ordered to pay $714 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. She received two days credit.

Michael William Stahl, 23, Logansport, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, pursuant to a plea agreement. Stahl was sentenced to 12 days in the Cass County Jail and 353 days probation. He was ordered to pay $314 in costs and undergo domestic violence classes. He received six days credit.

Benjamin Jacob Peace-Cornelius, 24, Logansport, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property, pursuant to a plea agreement. Peace-Cornelius was sentenced to six months probation. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs. That sentence is to be served consecutively with a guilty plea to theft. Peace-Cornelius was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail, one year and 170 days probation. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs. He received five days credit.

William Harold Rust, 31, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Rust was sentenced to 184 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs. He received 92 days credit.

Ashley Lynee Miller, 24, Logansport, pleaded guilty to neglect of dependent, pursuant to a plea agreement. Miller was sentenced to one and a half years probation. She was ordered to pay $264 in costs.

Shane Wireman, 31, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Wireman was sentenced to 42 days in the Cass County Jail and 323 days probation. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs and $46 to the victim. He received 21 days credit.

Reynaldo Martinez, 28, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Martinez was sentenced to 46 days in the Cass County Jail and 319 days probation. He was ordered to pay $514 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. He received 23 days credit.

Brock E. Corcoran, 29, Logansport, pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy, pursuant to a plea agreement. Corcoran was sentenced to 18 months in the Department Of Correction. He was ordered to pay $164 in court costs. He received 232 days credit. That sentence is to be served consecutively to a guilty plea to escape. Corcoran was sentenced to two years in Department Of Correction. He was ordered to pay $164 in court costs.

John Clarence Scott, Jr. 41, Twelve Mile, violated his probation. The court reinstated 124 days on the original charge of possession of methamphetamine. His probation was extended for four months. He received 62 days credit.
