Leroy Alexander Williams, 32, Logansport, pleaded guilty to domestic battery. Williams was sentenced to six days in the Cass County Jail and one year probation. He also pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement. He was sentenced to six months probation, to be served consecutively with the first count. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs, complete domestic violence classes, and $75 restitution to the Easy Pawn. He received three days credit.

Ethan Adam Watkins, 21, Galveston, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Watkins was sentenced to one and a half years probation. He was ordered to pay $164 in court costs and $155 restitution to Walmart.

Edwin J. Bardell, 39, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated 90 days in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance. Probation was ordered to continue. He received 10 days credit.

Robert C. Schoff, 50, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Schoff was sentenced to 90 days on in-home detention and nine months probation. He was ordered to pay $714.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days plus one year for refusal. He received one day credit.
