Elliott-Shaffer

Krystal Elliott and Brandon Shaffer were united in marriage at 2 p.m. July 24, 2010, in Shiloh Christian Church. Pastor Tim McKaig officiated at the ceremony.

A reception was held in the Church Fellowship Hall.

The bride is the daughter of Max and Nancy Elliott, Lucerne. The groom is the son of Gary and Sandra Shaffer, Logansport.

Carissa Roberts, friend of the bride, was the matron of honor. The bridesmaids were Kyan Bowman and Dawn Murphy, both cousins of the groom, and Kelly Shaffer, sister-in-law of the groom.

Matthew Shaffer, brother of the groom, was the best man. The groomsmen were Lucas Beach, Jacob Swisher and Blake Keiser, all friends of the groom.

Erin Campbell, friend of the bride, greeted the guests.

Jeremy Scott and Jeff Murphy, both cousins of the groom, and Clayton Elliott, brother of the bride, served as ushers.

Micaela Layer, friend of the bride, registered the guests.

Music was provided by friends of the bride, Alicia Pifer, Christina Pifer and Coretta Pifer.

Christina and Coretta as well as Kara Sell, cousin of the groom, and Abby Beach, friend of the bride, were the servers.

The DJ was Austin Beach, and sound was by Jim Campbell.

The bride is a 2007 graduate of Pioneer Junior-Senior High School. She is a student at Indiana University Kokomo studying accounting. She is employed at Diversified Federal Credit Union in Logansport.

The groom is a 2007 graduate of Pioneer Junior-Senior High School and a 2009 graduate of the University of Northwestern Ohio. He earned a degree in agricultural technology and is an agricultural technician at Gilsinger’s John Deere in Winamac.

The couple took a honeymoon trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., and reside in Thornhope.
