The Pharos-Tribune offers around-the-clock access to Online Reader Care Services. Now you can access all these services online, when it’s convenient for you!

• Check by phone payments
• Subscribe: Order a subscription (for yourself or as a gift)
• Renew: Renew a subscription
• EZ-Pay: Sign up for EZ-Pay (automatic monthly drafts, with our best rate and “EZ-est” payment method)
• Vacation Stop: Suspend delivery temporarily while away from home
• Delivery Feedback: Leave us a message regarding your service
• Address Change: Update your address

We’ll process your information during business hours, leaving you with one less thing to do during the day...just another way delivery of the Pharos-Tribune saves you time and money.

Missing your paper?

Under normal conditions, your Pharos-Tribune will be delivered by:

• 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
• 7 a.m. Saturday, Sunday and national holidays

If you haven’t received your newspaper by these delivery times, one can be delivered from our office in most areas on the same day. For prompt service call our customer service department by:

• 5:45 p.m. Monday through Friday
• 10:45 a.m. Saturday and Sunday

The Pharos-Tribune has three convenient vacation options. Let us help you take the worry out of being away with a simple phone call.

Vacation stop deadlines

If your stop/restart will take place Tuesday through Saturday, please contact our office by 3 p.m. the day prior to the start or stop.

If your stop/restart will take place on Sunday or Monday, please contact our office no later than 9 a.m. the Saturday prior.
